If you find yourself less than delighted with your purchase, we’re here to help you with a smooth process of returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order! If for any reason you’re not, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. Here's what we ask:

  1. Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition (with original tags still attached)
  2. Please include your receipt or order confirmation to help us identify your order quickly.
  3. Final Sale items (marked clearly at checkout) are non-returnable—because some items are meant to stay anchored with you!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Prepare your return package: Carefully pack the item in its original condition and include the return slip.
  3. Send it back to us: Ship the item back to our boutique at the address provided in your return instructions. Please note, shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you opted for an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
